Siobhan Grace

Owner/Manager

Welcome! My name is Siobhan (Shuh-VAWN) and I am the founder of Tempo Lagree Studio. I will usually be the first face you see walking in as I am working the front desk a lot throughout the week:). I was born and raised in Park Ridge, so being able to have my own business in my hometown is something special. My love for Lagree started while I was working for different fitness studios after college. I noticed that Lagree was the only workout I felt and saw a difference in. I felt stronger, physically and mentally. The workout itself can be a challenge, but once you set your mind to it, it’s such a great feeling to be able to accomplish a move you thought you never could (plank to pike for me). I want everyone to see the benefits Lagree has. Becoming a member at Tempo isn’t just another workout to check off the to-do list, I am trying to build community, a space where everyone feels welcomed. I am so excited to share what Tempo has to offer and what wonderful staff we have here. You will absolutely love it!

Our Team

Jocy Calderón

Team Lead/Instructor/Content Creator

I’m a Latina Lagree instructor who truly loves everything about the method, especially the way it builds strength while also creating such a strong mind-body connection. My classes are intentional, supportive, and definitely a little spicy. Music is a huge part of my vibe, so you can expect a mix of R&B, hip-hop, reggaeton, and Latin music to keep the energy high and make the class feel fun. I want everyone who takes my class to feel welcomed, represented, and supported no matter where they are in their fitness journey. As a first-time mom, I also have an even deeper appreciation for how movement can meet you in different seasons of life. My goal is for every person to leave class feeling stronger, more confident, more connected to their body, and proud of what they accomplished.

Karina Estrada

Instructor

Hi, I’m Karina. I found Lagree through my own postpartum journey, and it quickly became more than just a workout. It helped me reconnect with myself, and I discovered what my body was capable of. Each time you come into class I want you to feel challenged, encouraged, and more confident than when you walked in. Expect a good burn mixed with a fun playlist. I play everything from country, hip-hop, reggaeton, and EDM. For 50 mins we’ll push our limits, turn up the music, and embrace the shakes. 🤎

Our Team

Gabriela Timis

Instructor

Hi, I’m Gabriela!

My classes are high energy and full of great feel good music. I love breaking down the moves so you understand why we’re doing them, not just what to do. With clear cues and a focus on good form, you’ll leave class feeling stronger, more confident, and proud of what your body can do. Whether you’re brand new to Lagree or you’ve been shaking for years, I’ll meet you exactly where you are and help you get the most out of every session.

Outside of teaching I train taekwondo, which has taught me the power of discipline, control, and actually enjoying the process of getting stronger. If you’re looking for a class that feels focused, supportive, and just the right amount of spicy, come find me, I can’t wait to work with you!

Our Team

Jackie Tyda

Instructor

Hi, Im Jackie! My classes are fueled by upbeat playlists, feel-good throwbacks, and a little bit of everything that makes you want to move. My teaching style is intentional, encouraging, and challenging, with an emphasis on strong form, mindful movement, and finding your edge. I want every member to leave feeling stronger, more confident, and proud of what their body can do. My goal is to create an environment where you feel supported, challenged, and empowered to show up for yourself — because the strongest results come from showing up, embracing the shake, and trusting the process🤍

Our Team

Paulina Kownacka

Instructor

Hi, Im Paulina! With 5 years of Lagree experience, I became an instructor because I truly believe in the method and love sharing its benefits with others. I’m passionate about understanding how each movement targets specific muscles, so you can always count on me to explain the why behind every move. My teaching style is supportive yet challenging, pushing you beyond your comfort zone while helping you discover your strength. My favorite moves are inchworms and heavy legs, so expect plenty of both! If you love rap, R&B, and house music, you’re in the right class. Can’t wait to see you!
